This consultation acts as an aid for the client intending to create a design and implement it on their own.

• Initial sight walk-through.
• Inventory of existing elements; overview of plant communities, wildlife corridors, topography, natural factors (sun, wind, fire, water), structures, buildings, boundaries, and pathways.
• Initial assessment of sight elements and layout; addressing problematic areas, as well as beneficial aspects, offering suggestions to further improve the overall function, while addressing the clients' needs or desires.
• suggestions on earthworks, planting zones, species, structures, and stages of implementation.
